Happy Customer

“To whom it may concern,

Provo City Parks and Recreation contracted with LuckyDog Recreation to purchase and install 8, 15’ x 30’ shade structures at Fort Utah Park.  They did an excellent job on the installation and were very easy to work with.

Their construction supervisor, CJ Stoddard, was knowledgeable and communicated well with the city informing us of progress and potential delays.

For example, the location the city chose for 4 of the shade structures ended up on top of our irrigation lines. Naturally, the first hole broke a water line, but LuckyDog’s supervisor quickly informed me of the problem and took extra care in digging the other holes. He located 3 more water lines without breaking any.  We ended up relocating the 4 shade structures and one water line. No additional charges were received from Lucky Dog.

We would definitely do business with them in the future.”
